Fresh Mint and Lime Shamrock Shake

St. Patrick’s day is around the corner, and one time or another we have all probably had the traditional, minty and bright green Shamrock Shake. The Shamrock Shake was introduced in 1970, and since then, this classic milkshake hasn’t changed. We’re shaking things up this season, with a twist on the St. Patrick’s Day classic, by adding more fresh mint, and limeade. St. Patrick won’t know what hit him! P.S. Rum is optional, but highly recommended.

If you’ve been following my blog, you know I like to keep things traditional and classic. Although, holidays are one of those times where you have the perfect excuse to try new and creative ideas. Plus who knows, you might come up with something fantastic! This is definitely one of those “this is fantastic” moments so much so, you might want to sip this shake year round.
