‘Tis the season for Peppermint Fudge! This recipe is super quick, easy and perfect for sharing during the holidays. Don’t have time to bake cookies this Christmas? Make fudge. It takes about five minutes to assemble, store in the refrigerator to harden and voila… you’ll have a sweet holiday treat in no time.

I make many batches of this minty treat during the holiday season as it makes a great homemade gift. I mean… who wouldn’t love to receive a box of homemade fudge? It is also a great addition to the cookie trays I make every year. Candy, fudge and other sweet treats are great additions to the trays and sort of act as “fillers”. These items are simple to make and add a bit of variety to dessert trays.
