Pesto Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

6 hard boiled eggs cut in half lengthwise

Pesto (recipe below)

2 tablespoons chopped pine nuts

2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese

 

Directions:

1. Place a small amount of pesto on each half of egg. Sprinkle with pine nuts and Romano cheese.

 

Spinach Pesto 

Ingredients:

1/2 bag fresh spinach

1 cup basil

1 cup olive oil

1 cup grated Romano cheese

2 garlic cloves

1/2 cup pine nuts

Add salt to taste

 

Directions:

1. Puree all ingredients together in a food processor.
