Cooking a fabulous meal is wonderful but what’s even better is cooking a fabulous meal and having time left over to do your hair! Most of the recipes I post are quick and relatively easy for even the most novice cook for this exact reason. I always need to feel put together when hosting a dinner party and everything from my mashed potatoes to my curled mane have to be their best.Below is a photo of my hair transformation pretty drastic if you ask me! I shampooed and conditioned my hair with 7 Day Keratin Shampoo and Conditioner. Once out of the shower I towel dry and either apply my makeup for wait a bit for my strands to dry. I then blow dry my hair straight, which can be a daunting task because not only do I have a lot of hair it’s also naturally curly! After separating my hair into four or five large sections and clipping it up I begin to curl the ends. I use a hair straightener for this but of course a curling iron or wand would work also. After my head is covered in big Shirley Temple curls, I burst them out a bit and apply A LOT of hair spray. Between Florida and the coast of New England I’m constantly in humidity which is quite possibly hairs worst nightmare. Spraying with hairspray helps this tremendously!Now that you’re done doing your hair, you’ll still have time to throw fresh bread in the oven, and chill the wine. You’ll feel so much more put together with a simple hairstyle and a simple meal on the table.
