Strawberry and Banana Bagel

Is it just me or does breakfast, more often than not, get the short end of the stick? It is one of those meals where we tend to eat the same thing over and over everyday…no wonder it’s a meal often skipped! Start your morning off on the right Tory Burch ballet flat and try this Strawberry and Banana Bagel. It’s anything but boring. I toasted my favorite whole wheat bagel thins, topped it with light strawberry cream cheese, and finished it off with sliced strawberries and banana. Oh ya, don’t forget the granola for a little extra crunch and some dried cranberries.

This bright breakfast is also fabulous because it can be eaten on the go, because let’s be real, that is when breakfast is almost always eaten. It’s hard to have time to curl your hair AND sit down and eat breakfast every morning… I know, and I’m right there with ya. Don’t like bananas? Switch it up and add blueberries, raspberries, whatever! Any fruit will go and the combinations are endless.
