Have your booze and eat it, too. Want to know my new, easy breezy cocktail to make this summer? These Tipsy Popsicles, are a fabulous treat and are a wonderful addition to your summer party menu. Who knew kid desserts and adult beverages made such a nice combo? It’s summer’s greatest mash-up, and I can’t seem to get enough of these Prosecco soaked ice-pops.

You’ll want to use 100% real fruit juice ice pops for these sparkly cocktails, since they do melt rather quickly. There are tons of fabulous options at the super market or make your own. I like to serve these after dinner, as a dessert drink. It’s a refreshing way to end a dinner party, and let me tell you… you’ll guests will be talking about it for days after the party. Tipsy Popsicles, are what boozy dreams are made of.
